Surgery

On the day of your surgery you will:

• Check into hospital at scheduled time

• Bring comfortable clothes (loose elastic waist band pants recommended)

• Bring copy of insurance card

• Bring CPAP or BiPAP machine if used at home

• Do NOT bring valuable jewelry or money

• You will not be able to drive post surgery and will need to arrange transportation home
